Michigan's election season produced a fresh wave of endorsements: the League of Conservation Voters Action Fund and Michigan AFL-CIO backed Abdul El-Sayed for U.S. Senate, while VoteVets endorsed Callie Barr and UFCW Local 951 backed Ben Ambrose in House races.

Business groups counter-programmed with their own slates — the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and NFIB each rolled out lists of legislative candidates, mostly Republicans, while Mike Rogers unveiled a ‘Democrats for Rogers’ coalition and Jocelyn Benson launched ‘Black Voters for Benson.’

Separately, WLNS reported that Green Party congressional candidate Shane Dedrick was nominated in a half-hour Zoom call with his camera off, has since gone unreachable by party officials for four months, has donated to GOP candidates, and has no campaign committee, website, or social media presence.
