Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told CBS News that Russian drones entered Moldovan airspace twice while his presidential plane was in the country, saying Russia was showing 'power' to intimidate him. He linked the incidents to a separate Russian drone strike near a train carrying European officials to Poland, saying he believes Russia knew the delegation was aboard.

Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre said Zelensky's plane nearly collided with a drone on departure from Moldova, prompting Moldova to briefly close its airspace after detecting a drone that later exploded roughly 160 kilometers from the airport. A source in Zelensky's own office called the near-collision account 'an exaggeration,' while Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the threat 'illusory.'
