Hellcat follows Lena, played by Dakota Gorman, as she wakes in the back of a moving camper van with a mysterious wound spreading up her arm.
A disembodied voice, apparently the driver's, tells her she has an hour to reach a hospital, answering her questions with evasions rather than facts.
The film eventually leaves the trailer once its central premise runs its course, though by then the audience is invested enough to see the ending through.
