Ukraine struck a Lukoil refinery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast — the company's largest, with 17 million tons of annual processing capacity — and a Wildberries logistics hub in Kotovsk, Tambov Oblast, using FP-1 drones, according to the Fire Point company. Tambov's governor confirmed a fire spanning over 100,000 square meters at the retail facility, which was designed to store 54 million items.

Russian authorities have not disclosed the extent of damage at the refinery, which supplies motor fuel, jet fuel, and lubricants domestically and to the Russian military.
