Agromat warehouse damaged as Russia strikes Kyiv Oblast logistics sites again

Russian forces struck logistics facilities in Kyiv Oblast on the morning of August 29, sparking large fires that emergency crews were still fighting at multiple sites, Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported. An attack on Boryspil District killed a 14-year-old girl and damaged civilian sites, according to the regional military administration.

Ceramic tile and plumbing manufacturer Agromat said one of its warehouses took a direct hit and suffered significant damage, though the company said no staff were injured and warned customers of order delays. It was the third consecutive day of drone attacks on Kyiv and the surrounding oblast.

A separate fire in the village of Myla in Bucha District, burning since the previous evening after a drone crash triggered detonations, has killed 37 people and injured more than 40, with nearly 400 residents evacuated. In Kyiv itself, falling debris across three districts killed a 2-year-old girl and injured five people on the same day.
