Suspected drone strikes hit the Sebryakovcement plant in Volgograd Oblast and the Syzran oil refinery in Samara Oblast overnight, according to local monitoring channels, following regional missile and drone alerts. Social media footage showed heavy smoke over the cement plant, and a fire reportedly broke out near fuel storage at the refinery.

Monitors also flagged a possible strike on the Beriev Taganrog aviation complex, which repairs Russian military aircraft. Local officials had not confirmed damage or casualties as of the report.
