Blaming the victim?

A Texas appeals court in Texarkana affirmed the conviction and 23-year sentence of a woman who stabbed her husband to death. The court found no error in the trial judge's decision to bar her domestic violence expert from testifying that, in the expert's opinion, the defendant was the actual victim in the relationship.
