Russia deploys ambulances as military transports in occupied Horlivka — video

Petro Andriushchenko, head of a Ukrainian watchdog group monitoring occupied territories, says Russian forces in occupied Horlivka have been using civilian ambulances to transport combat troops and Kadyrovite fighters, according to an interview he gave Radio NV on September 23.
