Russian forces struck Pavlohrad, a city in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, on the afternoon of September 10, according to regional head Oleksandr Hanzha. The strike sparked fires at a store and retail pavilions, killing four people and injuring more than 60.

Pavlohrad sits roughly 70 to 80 kilometers from the front line and has been attacked at least three times over the past month, on August 6, 13 and 28, with those earlier strikes killing two people.
