Feds file Second Amendment suit against Minnesota over firearm purchase laws

The Justice Department sued Minnesota, Minneapolis and St. Paul, seeking to permanently block the state's 30-day waiting period and permit-to-purchase requirements for people without a carry permit, which the government says covers over 93% of residents.
