You'd think the people in charge of guarding the border would have their hands full. Instead somebody at Homeland Security found the time to pick a fight with a country singer over who she's seeing, and lost it to a dog joke. When a grown official starts heckling from the bleachers at somebody else's date, don't be surprised when the crowd laughs at the heckler.
