Ukrainian football star Mudryk set to join Tottenham from Chelsea on loan

Mykhailo Mudryk is set to join Tottenham Hotspur on loan from Chelsea, with a non-mandatory buy option worth £75 million, according to reporting from Fabrizio Romano. Tottenham's head coach, Roberto De Zerbi, previously worked with Mudryk at Shakhtar Donetsk.

The move follows the lifting of Mudryk's doping ban in July by the English FA and WADA, after he tested positive for meldonium in November 2024. He has since played one preseason friendly for Chelsea against Juventus as a substitute, his first match action since the ban began.
