The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art announced Skywalker Grill, a full-service restaurant opening September 22, 2026 atop the museum in Los Angeles, designed by Rockwell Group and operated by Rhubarb Events & Hospitality Collection. The concept draws on George Lucas's Skywalker Ranch and will serve both museum visitors and the general public for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
Menu items include Dungeness Crab Cakes, Lobster Corn Dogs, Crispy Chicken Milanese, Honey Miso Glazed Salmon, and a Skywalker Ranch Wagyu Burger, alongside house-made pastas and seasonal salads. Museum CEO Tracey Bates said the restaurant is meant to complement the gallery experience and serve as a destination for locals.
