UN officials say humanitarian organizations continue delivering aid in the West Bank despite checkpoints, instability and access restrictions, but warn that families there are becoming increasingly trapped as aid access shrinks.

UN Associate Spokesperson Daniela Gross told reporters in New York that a network of more than 900 physical barriers — checkpoints, gates, roadblocks and other restrictions — is delaying and limiting relief efforts.
