A Russian attack on Odesa late on Oct. 10 destroyed three apartments in a residential building and set its roof on fire, Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported, though firefighters extinguished the blaze and no casualties were recorded.
The same evening, strikes also damaged a telecommunications facility run by provider TENET, with the company warning of possible internet disruptions, and hit an administrative building, damaging its facade, roof and nearby vehicles.
Odesa's regional governor said Russian attacks on the region continued throughout the evening, with no deaths or injuries reported from the additional strikes.
