Plastic surgeons say more men are seeking facelifts, sometimes ahead of their wives, driven by a gap between how youthful they feel and how tired they look in photos. Surgeons cite jawline definition, neck banding and chin fullness as the top complaints, areas Botox and filler couldn't fully address for patients quoted in the piece.
