A drone strike sparked fires at an oil refinery and an Ozon warehouse in Saratov overnight, according to independent monitoring groups. Regional Governor Roman Busargin had warned residents around 2 a.m. of a possible drone threat citing information from Russia's Defense Ministry, but has not commented since on the refinery strike itself.
The Rosneft-operated refinery, founded in 1934, has now been hit by drones at least 16 times since the full-scale invasion began. Local officials and Ozon have not addressed the extent of damage or any casualties.
