A Russian drone fell onto a roadway in Kyiv's Darnytskyi district on September 3, injuring several people just as a bus carrying tactical medicine trainees and instructors happened to be passing. Course participants and their instructor immediately began treating an injured man and woman at the scene, according to the Kyiv City Center for National Resistance Training.
The center said bystanders also arrived with first-aid kits but stressed that owning supplies is not the same as knowing how to use them, using the incident to urge more Ukrainians to take first-aid training given the frequency of drone strikes on the capital.
