Russia damages Nova Post terminal in Odesa Oblast

Russian forces struck a Nova Poshta terminal in Odesa Oblast on August 31, partially destroying the building and sparking a fire, regional governor Oleh Kiper said. Emergency services extinguished the blaze and reported no casualties.

The strike was part of a broader overnight assault using one Kh-59 missile and 121 Shahed-type drones, of which Ukrainian defenses downed or suppressed 96; the missile failed to reach its target. It follows earlier strikes this week on Nova Poshta warehouses and other commercial facilities in Kyiv Oblast.
