Ukraine's General Staff said its forces struck a mesh network relay in Zlynka, a radar station in Kartushyn, and an electronic warfare system near Pogar, all in Russia's Bryansk Oblast, plus a repair base in Luhansk Oblast's Sokolohirsk. The relay reportedly helped guide Shahed drone attacks on Ukraine, and a former defense ministry adviser called these mesh networks one of Ukraine's toughest challenges since Starlink terminals used by Russian forces were blocked.

The extent of damage from the repair base strike is still being assessed, according to the General Staff, and the report otherwise reads as a routine tally of hits in an ongoing campaign against drone-guidance infrastructure.
