A federal court in Fort Worth issued a preliminary injunction barring the government from enforcing two ATF regulations against Defense Distributed and the Second Amendment Foundation and its members. The rules in question define what counts as a firearm's 'frame or receiver'; the court found them likely unconstitutional as applied here, letting the company continue distributing parts and build kits for homemade and 3D-printed guns.
