Russian drone strike on Kyiv gas station injures four

Russian drones struck a gas station in Kyiv's Holosiivskyi district overnight, wounding four people, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko; three of the injured were hospitalized. State-owned Ukrnafta confirmed the jet-powered drone hit its station but said customers and staff had evacuated in time, though the buildings and equipment were significantly damaged.

The State Emergency Service said the initial strike ignited a passenger car and damaged a bus stop, with fire spreading to an adjacent eight-story office building, before a second strike hit the site and set several diesel generators ablaze. Klitschko later confirmed the fires were extinguished and medical teams remained on scene treating the wounded.
