FBI arrests Ohio man on charges of threatening to kill Rep. Fine, his family

The FBI arrested Alex Miller, 26, of Columbus, Ohio, after tracing an email threatening to kill Rep. Randy Fine and hang his head 'from the rooftops of the White House,' sent on primary election day.

Fine said this marks the fourth arrest for death threats against him in the past decade, and that Miller could face up to five years if convicted. The FBI, Capitol Police, Secret Service, and a county sheriff's office jointly investigated.
