Russia strikes U.S.-owned Oleina plant in central Dnipro

Russian forces struck the Oleina cooking-oil plant in central Dnipro on September 10, a facility owned by U.S. corporation Bunge that Senator Richard Blumenthal had visited during a recent trip to Ukraine, according to Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov.
