Russian forces struck energy infrastructure in Mykolaiv on the evening of Sept. 12, leaving several districts without electricity, according to acting regional military administration chief Heorhii Reshetilov. Power crews will begin repairs once the security situation permits.
The strike follows a pattern of attacks on the region's power supply, including outages reported Sept. 8 and strikes on the Kherson thermal power plant on Aug. 26 and 27 that destroyed its generating equipment.
