Ukrainian drones attacked four Russian regions. In two cities, they damaged residential buildings.

Ukrainian drones struck Ufa, Dzerzhinsk, and targets in the Vladimir and Tula regions overnight on August 19th. In Ufa, governor Radiy Khabirov said air defenses downed four of six drones while one hit an industrial zone, sparking a fire at an oil refinery under repair, and another struck a residential building in the Zaton neighborhood, injuring one person.

In Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, a drone damaged a residential building, according to the Telegram channel Astra, with no word on injuries; drones also again targeted the Sverdlov explosives plant, a repeat target, with video showing heavy smoke.

Tula's governor reported no casualties or damage after air defenses destroyed drones there, while Vladimir's governor said drones damaged structures in a dacha community without injuries.
