At a rally in Durant, Oklahoma, President Trump said the June 2025 'Operation Midnight Hammer' strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities also hit 'drug factories' because Iran 'was doing drugs,' a claim multiple outlets flagged as new. He described B-2 bombers flying 37 hours round-trip from Missouri before unloading on what he called 'drug factories/nuclear factories.'

The president also repeated that he resolved Iran's nuclear threat 'in one night,' despite having warned of a four-to-six-week timeline only after launching a new war with Iran in February 2026, months after the original strike. Additional troops and a third aircraft carrier have since been sent to the Middle East as the conflict continues.

The full dispatch is available from the source below.

✒ FROM THE EDITORIAL DESK
When a man's reason for a thing keeps changing every time he tells it, you start to wonder whether he had one to begin with. Drug factories were nowhere in the story last June, and a problem solved in one night doesn't usually need a third aircraft carrier eight months later. You'd want a straighter account than this from a neighbor explaining why your mailbox is in his ditch.
