Ukraine's Defense Forces struck a Russian drone launch base, command post, and equipment depot on Oct. 5, according to the Armed Forces General Staff, part of what the military described as systematic degradation of Russia's strike-drone operations against Ukrainian civilian and energy infrastructure. Additional strikes reportedly hit a communications center in Donetsk, a command post and UAV depot near occupied Berdyansk, and a vehicle repair facility near Liubymivka.
The report also cites strikes on troop concentrations near Komysh-Zoria, Uspenka, and Donetsk, following earlier actions this month against a Buk-M3 air defense system, an electronic warfare station, and Iskander missile crew positions in Bryansk Oblast. A separate Sept. 25 strike reportedly hit a Voronezh chemical plant that produces synthetic rubber used in solid rocket propellant.
