Rescuers clearing rubble in an Odesa apartment building found the body of a man born in 1992, city and regional officials said, a day after Russian forces struck the residential building on Sept. 12.

The strike ignited fires on the 21st through 23rd floors of the 25-story building. Twenty-six people were injured and emergency workers rescued seven, including two children, with search operations continuing.
