Watching a grown man lean into a reporter's face because he doesn't like her second question is not a policy story, it's a manners story, and he keeps failing it in public. Naming the move with a fancy term doesn't make it more mysterious, it's just what a rooster does when it doesn't want to answer a question about the henhouse budget. The $5,000 checks still don't have an explanation, incidentally.
