Child porn victims take aim at Epstein estate over photo collection

Two women filed a class action Wednesday against the executors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate, alleging he collected and distributed underage sexual images of them and dozens of others. Brought under Masha's Law, the suit seeks more than $5 million in punitive damages on behalf of a class exceeding 40 victims.

One plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, says Epstein stole partially nude photographs taken of her at age 12 from an artist's lockbox and kept them alongside a broader collection. The complaint alleges Epstein also directed assistants, including Sarah Kellen, to pay teenage girls for sexualized photographs.

The second plaintiff, Amy, says her childhood images circulated in what the complaint calls one of the internet's most widely distributed child pornography series, and that copies turned up in Epstein's collection alongside those found with convicted abuser Larry Nassar. Kellen has not been charged with any crime as of 2026.
