Ukraine's Defense Intelligence agency says Russia's FSB has organized staged demonstrations outside the Moscow embassies of 13 countries supporting Ukraine, timed for Sept. 30 and dressed up as spontaneous reaction to Russia's 'Day of Reunification' marking annexed Ukrainian territory.

Nothing says grassroots outrage like a coordinator, a quota of 150 heads per embassy, and a flag already printed and folded for the occasion. A protest scheduled a week in advance with an assigned headcount is not a demonstration, it is a shift at a factory that happens to make anger.
