Trump has previously used Truth Social to post market-sensitive news on tariffs and Iran that moved stock and oil prices. The plaintiffs want the court to declare the arrangement unlawful and bar the administration from treating Truth Social as its exclusive venue for official announcements while selling preferential access to it.
