A Russian drone struck a school building in Kyiv's Solomianskyi district overnight on October 1 while children and teachers sheltered inside; Mayor Vitali Klitschko said none were harmed. The same night's attacks sparked a fire on the first floor of a 16-story apartment building and set nearby parked cars ablaze, and a separate strike hit warehouses in the Obolonskyi district.

In Odesa, an overnight strike hit an office building and injured one person, with local officials citing unspecified damage to infrastructure elsewhere in the city.
