



Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara spoke by phone with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte about Ukraine's most urgent needs, including additional air defense systems and further funding, ahead of an upcoming Ramstein-format Contact Group meeting, according to Ukraine's Defense Ministry.
Khmara pointed to the Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List as a mechanism for securing weapons deliveries, and the ministry said Ukraine is counting on continued partner unity and rapid decisions.
The last Contact Group meeting produced roughly $4 billion in new military assistance pledges, per the report.
