Russia strikes four Ukrainian cities with missiles and drones. Regional officials say three people were killed in Dnipro, and one may be trapped under rubble.

Russian forces launched more than 200 drones and several dozen missiles at Ukraine overnight into September 22, striking Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih and Pavlohrad. In Kyiv's Dniprovskyi district, a five-story residential building was partially destroyed and four people were injured, according to Ukraine's State Emergency Service.

In Dnipro, regional administration head Oleksandr Hanzha said three people were killed and six injured after strikes destroyed warehouses and a facility, with rescuers searching for another person feared trapped in the rubble. Strikes also hit industrial facilities in Kryvyi Rih and Pavlohrad, though no casualties were reported there as of publication.
