Massage therapist refiles rape claims against Harvey Weinstein, Knicks owner James Dolan in New York

Kellye Croft, a Tennessee massage therapist, has refiled sexual assault claims against Harvey Weinstein and Madison Square Garden owner James Dolan in New York state court, alleging assaults in 2013 and 2014 during a concert tour. Croft claims Dolan assaulted her during a massage session and later 'set her up' for Weinstein, who she says assaulted her in a hotel room after inviting her under the pretense of discussing job opportunities.

A federal judge dismissed her earlier 2024 sex trafficking suit but allowed her to refile individual assault and battery claims, which she has now done in a 30-page complaint. Croft alleges Dolan privately acknowledged knowing about Weinstein's behavior years before it became public, contradicting his later public claims of ignorance. Spokesmen for both men deny the allegations and say the refiled case has no more merit than the dismissed one; Weinstein is separately due for sentencing next week on an unrelated criminal conviction.
