Russia's 3rd Combined Arms Army published Telegram footage showing an FPV drone striking an unarmed cyclist near Vasylivska Pustosh in Donetsk region's Kramatorsk district. The video shows the man spotting the drone, stopping, and trying to dismount before the strike, and was captioned as a strike on enemy personnel.

The video was removed on August 23 after independent Telegram channel Astra publicized it, though the original caption describing destroyed 'enemy personnel' remains posted.
