Ukrainian Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko, who has already submitted his resignation, signed a notice of suspicion against NABU Director Semen Kryvonos, alleging investigators improperly copied protected case files during searches. Hours later, around 2:30 a.m., Kravchenko crossed the border into Lithuania on what he called a scheduled business trip, according to reporting from Ukrainska Pravda's Mykhailo Tkach.

Kryvonos says he has not been formally served with any suspicion notice, and NABU and the anti-corruption prosecutor's office confirmed the same, calling Kravchenko's actions a 'systematic attack on independent anti-corruption institutions.' President Zelenskyy said Kravchenko has one option left, dismissal, and asked lawmakers to approve it without delay.

The Anti-Corruption Action Center alleged Kravchenko signed the notice in exchange for permission to leave the country, though it presented no publicly verified evidence for that claim.
