HuffPost's shopping desk published a roundup of 39 products aimed at people who live alone and, per the headline, are ‘kinda lazy,’ including flower-shaped flushable toilet stamps and a folding step stool rated for 330 pounds.
The piece runs on affiliate links, meaning HuffPost earns a share when readers buy the featured items, a fact disclosed at the top and bottom of the post as required.
Promising reviews are drawn from Amazon customer feedback rather than any independent testing, and the products themselves are the entirety of the news here: a toilet stamp, a step stool, and presumably more of the same down the scroll.
The full dispatch is available from the source below.
✒ FROM THE EDITORIAL DESK
Thirty-nine ways to be tidy, and not one of them involved anybody actually trying the things out first. The reviews came from strangers on a shopping site, which is about as reliable as asking the guy selling you a boat how the boat runs. Nice work getting paid to call the customer lazy, though.
