Khmara postpones Germany, Norway visits as Russian attacks intensify

Ukraine's Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara postponed planned visits to Germany and Norway this week, citing intensified Russian attacks and a worsening security situation, according to a Defense Ministry source. Talks with partners will instead happen in other formats, with new aid packages reportedly in preparation.

The postponement follows Khmara's Sept. 28 appeal for EU countries to fund production of interceptor drones capable of countering Russian jet-powered attack drones, plus requests for air-to-air missiles, MANPADS, F-16 ammunition and additional Patriot systems.
