Ukraine's General Staff confirms hit on plant in Tver Oblast and reports attack on two more Russian facilities

Ukraine's General Staff reported overnight strikes on three Russian facilities tied to missile production and launch infrastructure: the Barmin Research Institute of Launch Complexes in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, the Redkino Experimental Plant in Tver Oblast, which makes fuel components for Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles, and a center for eliminating intercontinental ballistic missiles in Surovatikha. A fire broke out at the Redkino plant, according to monitoring channels.

Separately, strikes and fires were reported at an oil depot in Belgorod Oblast and at the Ukhta refinery in Russia's Komi Republic, part of a broader pattern of attacks on Russian fuel infrastructure that outside analysts say is squeezing domestic supply.
