Russian drone hits near Architecture University campus in Kyiv

A Russian drone struck near a building of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture during a morning-to-afternoon barrage on September 23. The university says no students, faculty or staff were hurt, crediting suspended classes during air raid alerts, and it urged the campus community to stay in shelters until the all-clear.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported a separate drone strike on a store building and another hitting a nine-story nonresidential building in the same district. Across the city, the wider attack hit gas stations, rail facilities, warehouses, and a market, killing two people and injuring 22, sixteen of whom were hospitalized.
