A television ad spotted airing during Fox News's Jesse Watters show carries the disclaimer 'Paid for by the U.S. government' and features footage of Trump declaring 'America will never be a communist country,' along with UFC's Dana White praising him from the 2024 Republican National Convention, set to the song 'Love Me' by JMSN repeating the title phrase over Trump imagery. CBS Miami reporter Jim DeFede first posted video of the spot.

It is unclear whether JMSN authorized use of the song, and unlike typical taxpayer-funded public service announcements, the ad does not promote any specific program or public initiative. Critics on social media, including a Texas legislative candidate, called it propaganda funded by taxpayers and compared it to campaign advertising airing under a government disclaimer.
