Kyiv's Central and Darnytskyi stations not damaged — Ukrainian Railways

Ukrainian Railways said Kyiv's Central and Darnytskyi stations were not damaged after explosions were heard across the capital's Solomyanskyi and other districts during a jet-powered drone attack on Sept. 23. The company urged passengers to stay in shelters until the air raid alert lifted and reported delays on trains from central Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts, with Kyiv City Express trains running 10 to 30 minutes late.

Railways chief Oleksandr Pertsovskyi said Russian forces struck Kyiv's rail infrastructure overnight, injuring a worker and delaying departures. City officials reported a hit on a retail building in the Solomyanskyi district, and drones also struck gas stations, a business center and warehouses elsewhere in the city; two people were killed and 22 injured, 16 of them hospitalized.
