Russia attacks Ukraine with nearly 300 strike and jet drones - Air Force

Russia launched 295 strike and decoy drones at Ukraine overnight into Sept. 25, including jet-powered Shaheds, Gerbera drones and radar-decoy simulators, according to Ukraine's Air Force. Air defenses intercepted 267 of them, but direct strikes were confirmed at 16 locations with debris falling at four more.

Kyiv saw repeated drone waves that started fires in two districts and injured one resident; a child was reported killed in a separate strike on a residential building. Zaporizhzhya's regional hospital was hit directly, injuring one person, while Kyiv Oblast fire crews responded across three additional districts.
