Russian forces struck Odesa overnight into September 19, damaging an administrative building and knocking out electricity to more than 178,000 households, according to regional officials and energy company DTEK. No deaths or injuries were reported from the latest strike, though ten people were injured, including two emergency workers, when the same 11-story building was hit twice the previous evening.

The overnight assault involved 174 drones and two Zircon anti-ship missiles, part of a wider attack that also targeted Kyiv oblast, Ukraine's Air Force said. Air defenses reportedly shot down or suppressed 141 aerial targets by 8 a.m., while emergency crews extinguished a fire on the building's upper floors and dealt with damage to two residential buildings, a school, and two vehicles.
