Brittany Alondra Boltinhouse, stripped of her Miss North Carolina USA 2026 title in August, has sued Miss USA parent JKN Universe, CEO Thom Brodeur, A Blaize Productions, and its directors, alleging defamation and conspiracy. Brodeur had said the title was a 'position of trust' and that standards had been broken; Boltinhouse says the real trigger was her conservative and Christian social media posts, including support for Donald Trump and Charlie Kirk.

She acknowledges past use of a racial slur and a teenage fight, both reported to A Blaize Productions under contract, but denies writing or approving a public apology statement Brodeur claimed to have read from her. She also cites a forum comment from Brodeur suggesting she pursue brand deals with Hobby Lobby and Chick-fil-A because of her values.

Boltinhouse seeks punitive and consequential damages over the lost title and forfeited Miss USA 2026 opportunities. Neither Miss USA nor A Blaize Productions responded to requests for comment, and the pageant proceeded on schedule in Miami.

The full dispatch is available from the source below.

✒ FROM THE EDITORIAL DESK
Nothing says 'position of trust' quite like an organization publicly relitigating a contestant's soul while insisting it's all terribly compassionate. Whether the posts or the process is the real scandal here is now a matter for discovery, not press releases.
