State-owned PrivatBank has relisted Dnipro-Arena stadium and its training complex for UAH 118.329 million, about $2.64 million, after an October 6 auction drew zero bidders. The new auction opens October 15 on the Prozorro.Sale platform, with applications due by October 14.
The price has now been cut nearly 16% from the September listing of UAH 140.701 million, itself a comedown from earlier asking prices of UAH 150 million and UAH 113 million in previous failed attempts dating back to 2022. A January 2026 bid to simply lease the property out also drew no applications.
The complex includes a UEFA-compliant pitch, a 550-seat restaurant, parking for 326 cars, and a training base with 17 athlete cottages, none of which has yet persuaded a single bidder to register.

Four tries, four flops, and the price keeps sliding like a car nobody wants off a dealer's lot. A bank can call it a strategy and a transparent process all it likes, but when the auction house is talking to an empty room four times running, the market has already answered the question. Somebody down the road could tell you the same thing about a barn they've been trying to unload since the Clinton administration.
