A Russian guided aerial bomb struck a residential neighborhood in Izyum overnight, wounding a 56-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman, and a two-month-old infant, according to Kharkiv Governor Oleh Synehubov. The blast destroyed four private homes outright and damaged five more along with several civilian vehicles.
The strike follows a string of recent attacks in Kharkiv Oblast, including a September 5 drone strike on Chuhuiv that killed two people, including a child, and a September 3 missile strike on Pechenihy that wounded ten people, two of them children.
